I did a fair amount of research prior to purchasing; compared this product to the spray on version. I selected this because the spray on had lots of comments about it being kind of goopy and transferring. This was so easy to use and the coverage is so good - no transferring. I just wish I had tried it years ago. It will save money in that I won't need to color my hair as frequently and one pallet of the powder should last quite a long time. I use it on my part and around my ears or "side burn" area. I wash my hair every 2-3 days so it doesn't dry out, and this stays in place until washed out. Fabulous! I highly recommend this product!

This product is fantastic. Covers the grey, can handle a swim or hair rinse, shampoos out, you only need a little so it lasts a long time. I highly recommend.

I bought the dark brown color for covering the gray roots along my part. Although the color in the pallet appears very dark, it does not go on as dark. It does not cover very well, but provides more of a blended appearance so that the grays are not as stark in contrast to the rest of your hair. It does not cover nearly as well as spray, but it also does not leave a hard residue like spray does. I put my glasses on top of my head and back on again throughout the day and I have not had any issues with color transferring to my face like I have when using spray. It should last longer than a spray product, and you don’t have to worry about getting it on your scalp, which can look weird with spray. Those are the main advantages I can think of with this product. It also washes out easily, and you will not see any dark mess in the shower.

Excellent product for touchups between hair appointments. And I've even started using it on my eyebrows (using a different brush) to fill them in a bit more (more blurred effect than an eyebrow pencil). Easy to apply and long lasting. Will buy again.
