Nice wok/induction unit
Love the responsiveness of the induction wok. I was originally concerned about the wok but it cleans up well and seems to be scratch resistant. It also responds very quickly to changes in temperature settings. Compared to my carbon steel flat bottom wok on a flat induction unit, the cooking area is much larger. Glad I bought it. Much more comfortable than cooking with gas.

Have Wok, need power?
The wok is garbage. Try it out, then get a carbon steel wok and season it, never look back. This works for a bunch of sizes of woks because it is more about the curve. But 14" to 16" works great for me. The induction is great. You can use it to season your wok. Then learn the power levels for whatever you're cooking. Lower for eggs, higher for stir fry. It works and is convenient for wok style cooking.

Fantastic!
Works absolutely great. We're using in a commercial setting. It will boil a large three to four gallon pot of water in 4 minutes. Has made life much easier for us! Note that you can boil water with it on 5,000 Watts. But when it starts to boil you need to crank it back down to around 2,000 Watts or it will boil over. The build quality seems very good. Very happy with the purchase. Controls are easy to use and seems to be a good quality. We are using multiple times a day and had it for several months. No issues whatsoever so far.

Perfect little burner for a home bar, as well as making agar plates for mycology.
I've hauled this thing out from under the cabinet at my upstairs bar to do what feels like a million different things. It's awesome for making syrups, foams, and fusions for craft cocktails. It also is excellent at pre-mixing agar for petri dishes for starting culinary mushrooms. Keeps it all very tight in one spot, and it doesn't have to be downstairs at the stove--I basically feel like I suddenly got a stove top at the bar.It works extremely quickly with its different power levels, and I really love that I can dial in the temperature by levels. Got a shot of the manual so you can check out the standard operating ability. The only possible thing that would make it better is if it had a magnetic stirrer somewhere inside so that I could have the pot auto-stirred...you need that for syrups...but no matter. It's super fast to clean the ceramic top and panel. I have a picture of the surface which bowls down into the interior--I presume for woks and stir fry, etc. But it works just fine with a flat bottom pot as well, big or small. Gets hot as hades, so be careful where you set it and keep a good eye on it.Overall, super happy to have the opportunity to review this for free through the Vine program, and it has been extremely useful. Easily a 5 for me, and any home bar aficionado will enjoy having it around.

Initial impressions are very good to excellent, but curved element is odd, pans slide around on it.
I was looking for a single burner, of higher power, to use instead of my aging two burner induction cooker. This one is certainly a better design, with both power, temperature and timer controls. The old cooker was not 'fault tolerant', ie, it beeps continuously and endless for too many conditions common for cooking like taking a pan off the heat for a minute...and having to reset the cooker then. This one does have fault beeps, but so far only for 'missing pan' though I know there are others, it does recover when error is removed and recovers with out needing to restart. The heat output is also very impressive - easily more than my smaller 2 burner. This unit is bigger than I had expected - not a bad thing, but means I'll have to make room on a counter rather than cooktop (stove top) to place it.So far, initial cooking results with a few different pans, is good, but the slippery concave surface makes pans slide around in the The Bowl - too much, really, so I'm trying it with a 'made for induction cookers' silicon pad under the pan.The gap between the center of the pan and the cooking surfaces doesn't' seem to affect it's ability to cook on various pans - or at least as near as I can tell. The bowled surface seems odd to me - not curved enough for actual, or even 'americanized' wok pans, and too curved for typical frying pans, so I don't quite get what the intent here is. And the slick surface means pans slide around on it.But with the antislip pad in place a small 9" all clad frying pan fits nicely, and seems to be cooking very nicely...so far.(The all clad pan developed a warp on the bottom so is no longer stable on a flat plate electric element, so if this works well, it will rejuvenate my all clad collection.)Initial impressions - aside from the deep dish curves - are really good - it heats up pans/pots REALLY fast - water boiled in a small pot in less than a minute! The various control methods - power, heat/temp, timer are excellent features, though the temperatures default to Celsius, poking at the temperature button will change it to Fahrenheit. The manual is close to useless, just a printed page or two, mostly of 'warnings', etc.As I gain more experience with it I will update this review.

Easy to use and saves space!
This is a nice Wok Induction Cooktop. It doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter while using, so it makes me happy. We love Asian food, especially friend rice. It's always been a pain trying to use the wok on my stove. This cooktop burner makes it so much easier to use my work. The shape of the burner fits my wok just great! This cooktop is so easy to use!

Very Powerful
This Wok induction cooktop is powerful and can get hot super fast. The cooktop had multiple temperature controls, but it got confusing sometimes between setting the wattage and setting the temperature. The instructions were somewhat clear. As described, it is a wok cooktop, so only woks can get the best of this machine; regular pans and pots aren't going to get hot on this cooktop as it should be, because of the deep round design of the induction surface, and I tried both and have seen how it performed. The cooktop is quiet, and the fan noise is minimal. Also, cleaning it is very easy and doesn't take much work to get it up and running. Overall,l great Wok-only induction cooktop.
