This product has some good points like using pectin and MCTs, but a few of the other ingredients are disappointing. The sorbitol syrup and modified cellulose (INS 468) feel too processed and aren't great for sensitive digestion. I wish they had used more natural alternatives. Would love to see cleaner swaps, like fruit-based sweeteners instead of sorbitol, and a less processed thickener. Also, it’s not clear where the lecithin comes from (soy? sunflower?). Decent start, but not quite clean-label enough for me.
