Love this system
These are fantastic! They record really clear. The volume is loud enough to be heard. They fit snuggly in the hex titles. My dogs immediately knew how to press them and make them work…they’re definitely enjoying learning! Will be getting more as our vocabulary expands!

easy to use, but one button came broken
Good and easy to use, but one of the buttons came already not working which was disapointing It is loud enough to hear in my one bedroom apartment.

The buttons are good quaility.
The buttons are good and functional. But my dog can't learn it so good as other dogs in YT:(.

DO NOT BUY - BUYER BEWARE - battery lasts LESS THAN ONE month (manufacturer states 1-3 years)
We thought these would be a great idea, based on a friend that has "buttons" for his dog. Our experience started out very good until after less than ONE MONTH of regular daily use our first TWO buttons went dead. Had I known before my husband purchased these I would've opted to find dog "buttons" from another manufacturer.The batteries are NOT replaceable. This is more plastic in the waste stream. For that reason alone I would not have purchased this particular brand. Given that the manufacturer states 1-3 years before they end up needing to be thrown in the trash, that seems like an awful stretch considering two of ours lasted for less than one month. Sadly I made the mistake of purchasing a box of 16 buttons when I thought this was going to be a good thing... and did not realize they were JUNK before the return window closed.

These buttons are inferior as an add on to the starter set.
These buttons have inferior sound to use as an add on to the starter set which is twice as loud. You can't understand it well, the speaker is on the bottom, buried in the hex foam. You have to be at or near the board to hear this weaker version of a button. I'm returning them. The loud/soft word mix is also annoying if you consider "mixing" buttons.

Not what was expected
These buttons really are not cat friendly at all. They are pretty hard to push and sound very robotic on playback. To the point that it scares our otherwise pretty chill tabby family. This would probably work well for dogs I would imagine.

Disappointed
Came with four buttons that did not work. Customer service unable to compensate appropriately for my inconvenience.
