Flawless...
I can't say enough great things about this air fryer—it's easily the best one I've ever owned. I've tried several over the years, and there was always something that fell short, whether it was questionable interior coatings, frustrating displays, or weak heating. But this model checks every box. The interior is free of forever chemicals, the control panel is conveniently located on top (no more crouching to read it), and it heats food quickly and evenly. The basket is the largest and most solidly built of any I’ve used—plenty of space for family meals. It's also incredibly user-friendly: quiet enough to keep the TV on while it runs, super easy to clean (especially the touchscreen), and overall just a joy to use. So far, it's been completely flawless. Honestly, I don’t know how they could improve this unit. I absolutely love it!

Life Changer
I bought one for myself this summer and gave this updated model to my parents for Christmas. They are thrilled! My mom is relearning to walk after an illness and my stepfather has been most of the cooking and taking care of her. My reason, personally, that I say it changed my life is that I rarely use the oven anymore. My husband and I use this to air fry chicken breasts. Without looking at the directions too closely, I evoo'd, s&p'd, herbed the chicken breasts, hit start and in 15 minutes (no preheat), flat, we had the most amazing, juiciest, flavorful chicken breast we have ever had. I am a great cook, but in order for my chicken to be that juicy and tasty, I would use a vat of chicken broth or the like and have to baste them in the oven. Between the time, the cookware cleanup, and the good - but not THIS good! - chicken, this air fryer has changed my life! Besides that, I don't need to make or buy chicken stock or bone broth to baste my chicken anymore or let my chicken cook in its own fat. We have also used it to heat up pizza, Jamaican patties, tortillas, pita, frozen Brussel sprouts, reheat any veggie actually, potato fries, a chimichanga once - just a lot of things I would usually end up throwing away. The cleanup is way too easy without the parchment insert if you decide to not purchase them. I didn't know that was a thing, so it took a few months to start using a parchment liner, but it still cleaned super easily. Better with parchment, and you can also use regular non-formed parchment paper, to save money. My stepdad is really thrilled with it. It saves him from back ache from opening or shutting the oven door, he will be able to clean it easily, cook healthier to help with his blood pressure and cut down on a lot of work that would otherwise take time away he would rather spend with Mom. I highly recommend this NuWave air fryer. It is SO EASY!! It's brilliant. Worth every penny.

I like it, but there's a learning curve
I do like this air fryer for its ease of clean up, speed, color choices and no PFAS. I specifically purchased this one, because it has a PFAS-free non-stick ceramic coating. I shouldn't be surprised, but I can't believe that all of the other brands are still using toxic coatings. I got both silicone liners and parchment, but i ended up liking and using the silicone liners a lot. Makes it even easier to clean and will hopefully extend the life of the inner coating. While I am happy with the purchase, I have encountered some issues. I got this mostly for French fries, but there's only two of us. Often I'm doing only one or two servings, so the size of this is overkill. I wish they had a smaller version of this one. It doesn't always cook fries evenly, even with shaking things up in-between. So I have to do it more than once. But it's faster and doesn't make my house hot, so I'm okay now that I've figured it out. With these annoyances out of the way now, I'm happy. Just be aware that there's a bit of a learning curve if you are new to using an air fryer vs an oven. Don't start with a really expensive or important meal until you've got it figured out.

Easy to use! Cooks great!
We love it! Easy to set up, easy to use! Cooks well! Looks great and beautiful color! Reasonable noise level! This is our first one so we have no noise level comparisons but it's quieter than our microwave lol!

PFAS FREE
I bought this over others because it's PFAS free. Works well, is easily cleaned and has built in handles to assist moving it under the stove hood when cooking something greasy or smoky. Lightweight and looks good with several available colors. Expensive.

I simply love this air fryer.
I don’t often leave reviews, but this deserves a five star review. I can say a lot of good things about this air fryer, including the fact that it blends in nicely in my kitchen and doesn’t stick out like a big black box. The white has a creamy look to it And if an air fryer can be elegant, this is it. I love it most for how easy it is to use and is helping my early teens become independent cooks. I also love the versatility of the settings, one of which is the toast setting. Toss in a little buttered bread with some cheese on top and five minutes later you have phenomenal cheese bread. I’m a big fan of crisp & green grain bowls and this air fryer has come in really handy. I make lots of ingredients, including roasted brussels sprouts and spicy candied pecans. It’s the middle of summer and the Canadian wildfires have brought smoke to our state so I can’t open the windows. The fact that the air fryer sits right under the hood of my oven and pulls the heat and odors out makes all the difference. My kitchen stays cool even though I just made burgers for four. I highly recommend purchasing a good set of silicone inserts. We also have the parchment paper inserts. Makes clean up a Breeze, although you do need both. I just baked a handful of snickerdoodle cookies and needed the parchment paper for that. This machine is quiet enough that I don’t notice it over the sound of my exhaust hood. And even though it may seem big, it doesn’t take up a lot of room on my counter. It’s fairly light and I can easily move it from one counter to another. If you’ve been shopping for an air fryer, this is the one.

So many issues related to design and usability- wanted to like it- UPDATE, DONT BUY
Update: I thought this would be a great product based on review. However it is junk, UNSAFE, UNHEALTHY. The main tray material has peeled off after only two months. DO NOT BUY. When i contated NuWave they told me "peeling is not covered by the warranty". The way they stated it made me feel this is a known problem. The bad- i have not found the pieces, meaning it ended up in the food we ate. We clean it after we eat. Wonderful....AVOID this product. Over-rated. I just bought another Ninja, my first fryer and it has never peeled and still works. So, two smaller Ninjas are better than one large Brio NuWave. --- i am not new to airfrying, nor am i an expert. I have a ninja 4qt that we love. I bought this airfryer to move up in size. here are the issues: 1. first, Amazon shipped in its store packaging with no tape at all- box was beat to crap and the top looks like it was opened at every step of the shipping process 2. the bottom metal grate that is removable is really weak, and bad quality. i dont see this lasting very long. you should get 2-3 of these, or just one that is higher quality (hint) 3. Cleaning: horrible, i decided to soak the the metal grate in the pull out fry section as i do with the ninja. put about 3/4 inch of water in it and walked away. i came back 3 hours later and it has leaked all over the counter and the cabinets. They have two screws in the back to steady the pull out section that are not sealed well and so it is going to leak- crap design 4. ergonomics: AWLFUL: the power switch is positioned on the panel where the start button should be. i have turned this thing off a dozen times now thinking i am hitting start- there are some serious layout issues with the control panel. i hate this thing 5. the pull out try is nice, BUT, it is not functional. the first time i used it it dropped on my feet and put the food all over the floor- maybe i have a defective unit?? I have been vigilant to make sure it is connected and hold a pot holder under it when i pull it out- CAUTION!!! 6. related to the pull out tray. there is nothing to keep the back of the outer bucket aligned to the inner bucket. i cant slide it in one handed. The handle naturally keeps the inner basket level, but the outer bucket SAGS and you cant slide it in without using both hands and a pot holder. I would never buy again. i have no idea how they got high ratings. It COULD BE good, but several of these issues need to be re-engineered. BUY ANYTHING BUT THIS UNIT
