Missing items
I already have one of these planters so I ordered two more. However, they are missing the metal plates necessary to fill the base with either sand or rocks to stabilize it. The boxwood hedges are well made and look expensive. But I expect that all of the necessary parts will be included in the packaging.UPDATE: I contacted Artificial World whom I purchased the planters from. They responded within ten minutes. They emailed me back and said they would ship out the missing parts right away. Within six days, I received my missing parts all the way from ChinaThank you, Bella!
