Formula Fixed!
Thankfully, the manufacturer has reverted to the original formula as of April 20, 2025. I struggled through 2 months of the horrid new formulation, but hopefully we have seen the last of that. The original formula is now back and most appreciated, as these gummies are an excellent way to add more taurine.

Good flavor and texture
These have a good flavor and texture. This is a yummy way to take supplements. I really like that these don't contain sugar. They seem to be an effective option

This says it does a lot of stuff, I haven't noticed a difference personally. But, better safe than sorry. They actually taste pretty decent.

They used to be great.
I’ve been ordering these for about a year. This last bottle however, they are different. The texture is awful, the taste is off; a chemical taste. I’m not sure what happened. I’m hoping it’s just a fluke.

Good ingredients, dosage, likely is helping
I like that these are made with xylitol (small bonus for teeth?) and that the dosage is smaller and easier to control, given that recommended Taurine recommended/tested dosages can range anywhere from 500-6000 (and sometimes outside that range as well).Taste is great, these are a little bit sticky, but I don't mind if that means reducing even a little environmental impact.I think if someone is interested in supplementing Taurine, these might be worth a shot as I believe there could be an effect (I have a hard time reviewing immediate effects of supplements as there is so much to control for). I've been taking ONE preworkout/exercise in the afternoon, and I truly feel like my focus/stamina/motivation continues beyond through the workout into the evening. One time I took one on an empty stomach and got a bit jittery, so I think there is bioavailable taurine in the product, which does NOT mention third party testing.YMMV, but at least I believe the product contains bioavailable taurine, in enjoyable and manageable doses. I believe the description is fully transparent, so I won't take away stars for the fact you can make informed choices on whether the cost and efficacy is right for you.
