Said to be 5 times stronger than NAD, I notice nothing when I take this product. Taking 500mg NAD works great. 300mg NMNH I notice no effect.

From my perspective, Liposomal NMNR appears to be at the sweet spot of products used to increase NAD+. Similar products that I have used such as NMN and NR, seem to be less effective in raising NAD+ (according to some research I have read) and cost more. Combining NMNR in a liposomal formulation seems to produce results with less side effects. I have experienced better energy, improvements in the skin on my arms (sun damage), and improvements in moving/walking. It is "early days" and I expect continuing improvements.

I started taking these and noticed the very next day, I was feeling worse than ever. I kept taking them thinking maybe it had nothing to do with these .supplements. By the fourth day feeling even worse. I went to look up this company and I can find nothing about them. They don’t have a website even though they say they do. On the bottle it has manufactured for this company so I’m very curious as to who and where this is made. how it’s made, and even if it’s GMP certified and lab tested like it says. Be leery.
