Performance Exhaust Muffler Pipe for Yamaha Breeze Jog 50 50cc 2 Stroke Scooter Moped Minarelli Engine 1E40QMB 1PE40QMB

This pipe is an absolute monster but can be pretty difficult to weld on for my vertical minarelli motorized bicycle, I can pull 10,000 plus RPM with this pipe and the silencer taken off and I think it works amazing, The power band hits at about 4500 RPM and begins to slowly drop off above 7500 through 8500 RPM but it doesn't plummet, it only drops off about 10 to 15% power around 2000 RPM above that you might lose 20% of your power band gain. All in all it's a beautiful pipe and it is extremely well-built.

For the money the build quality is ok. But it dose not fit the mounts and required me to open up the bolt holes. For around $130 you can get a name brand pipe.

I did have to make some modifications to the connecting points to fit my scooter. Overall, it works very well.

Put on my 08 zuma with a little modification

The pipe looked great however I couldn't get it to align correctly to install. I tried for an hour to try to configure it to fit but I couldn't. I really wanted this pipe on my bike but couldn't manage it. I didn't want to try and cut the mounting bracket and risk not being able to return it. Also, be advised, when returning this item you have to pay for return shipping. Not sure if get it refunded or not.

Installed on a Chinese scooter with a minarelli 50cc The expansion chamber seems to be correct. Everything lined up on my Chinese scooter. Looks pretty good as well. Definitely better than any stock muffler without expansion chamber.

The bend is too sharp at the exhaust port end, and makes impossible to get stock acorn nut on. Even with aftermarket hardware, fitment isn't flush with gasket, and both mounting points are inches off. No go for the buddy or roughhouse 50s if you want plug and play.

The media could not be loaded. Works great on my bike !
