Pivot pad for hip thrust
Excellent product. The only slight downside is that it might be a little hard for some folks tissue, upper back muscle. It would be nice if the also sold Oly bar tie downs as mine rocks on the hooks I have. I need smaller hooks or supports.

Comfortable
Works great! Our set up doesn’t allow us to use an another bar to attach it too, so it’s a little big for what we use, but we used a small towel and it fits great! Comfortable and supports weight well.

Not for heavy hip thrusts
Not safe for heavy hip thrusts, so I returned it. Neat idea, but doesn’t work.

Works Great
This pad works amazing. Definitely feels and works better than doing hip thrusts on a bench. I have used this many times and my local gym even got one after seeing it.

Doesn’t fit all bars
Please be advised that this pad only fits a Olympic bar and NOT the bar on a smith machine

Better than expected.
I'll be honest. After requesting this through Vine, I regretted it. The $50 estimated value is a high and I really didn't expect a lot from the product. After receiving it and giving it a bit of testing, I admit it is better than expected. I still think $50 for a dense piece of foam with a groove is to much. In my opinion it should be closer to $20, but the product itself is nice.It feels good against the back and the way it rotates as you thrust your hips feels very fluid. The big drawback for me is that the lowest setting on my squat rack is several inches too high for me. I'm 5'7". With a different squat rack or taller person, that may not be a problem. It's not an impossible problem to solve. I can put the bar on the ground with some large plates on it, but against the rack or I can sit on a plate like the image shows.I will have to experiment and see which I prefer. Another drawback is that you really need 2 bars. You could use body weight, dumbbells, a curl bar, kettlebell, or a plate but ideally you need a 2nd barbell and that drastically increases the cost of this setup.Overall it is a nice piece of foam and a cool idea, but I don't know how economical it is vs other options such as simply investing in a high quality bench with vertical adjustments.
