Cheaply made. Ordered to replace the OEM unit as I was getting a check engine light from the old cap. Installed new cap and was disappointed. It does not have a solid "click" when sealed. Still getting check engine light periodically as it is not a good quality OEM replacement. I'll be replacing it with a genuine part. Don't waste your $$$

Bought for a 2017 GTI. Installed with no problem and no dash warning light has come on after several months of use. Feels like OEM quality to me and much cheaper than buying one at an auto store.
