My old water tank was rusting and I was nervous it would collapse. I decided to go tankless and it’s super nice. Pros: -It’s quick to heat up and I never have to worry about running out of hot water. -This tank can have multiple people using hot water and it won’t effect the water temperature. Instructions are easy to adjust the temperature and display is very visible. It also has great ratings and the company is known to last longer than the cheaper ones. Cons: - I want aware of how noisy tankless was. You can hear the exhaust fans blowing and vibrating the wall from the basement. It’s quieter than an hvac is and you can’t hear it in the second level but we have a split level so the two downstairs sinks you can hear he blower.

Easy to install. Great unit. Love it

A local plumber wanted $4k to install a tankless water heater they recommended. I wanted this unit instead and saved ~$2.5k after parts. Unit requires 3/4” gas line, 2” pvc pipes, and service valves (I got ones with Pex A fittings). Hardest part of install was drilling holes for pvc intake and exhaust. After that everything went quickly. Unit runs nearly silently, much quieter that the previous model I purchased in the past. I set the temperature just hot enough so I don’t have to mix hot with cold water to take my shower - saves water and gas by not over heating the water.

I replaced a 20-year old Rinnai to fix unstable shower temperature. During installation I discovered cross flow in the Kohler shower valve which, I also discovered, is caused by diaphragm rupture in the pressure balancing unit. Maybe the old Rinnai was OK. Too late now.

I’ve been using the tankless water heater for 6 months now with absolutely no issues. I saw my gas bill go down, too, because the system isn’t required to heat water all day long… just when I use it. This is a great purchase and highly recommended by my installer, too!

Absolute garbage! The product was defective and Amazon refuses to allow a return. The manufacturer was not helpful, so I’m stuck with a $1,200 paperweight. Shame on you, Amazon. DINT SELL WHAT YOU DON’T BACK UP!

I am using the on demand water heater as a domestic water heater as well as infloor heating system. It is working great and very efficient.
