This product is a life saver! Its functionality allows for different times of day and days of the week to dispense medications. It is definitely a bargain for the money, easy to use and durable. It comes with a lock built in for safety. It does need a good WIFI connection to work at its best and plugs into the wall and has backup batteries.

Love it. Worked as described but went through batteries every two weeks. Then stopped sensing the batteries at all. After calling the LiveFine customer help line (they were great!) they are sending me a replacement. Crossing my fingers! I strongly suggest anyone who has problems call help number. That is the only way they will know there are problems!

I bought this item 32 days ago, but only started using it for my son in the last week. I have bought various models from the same seller in the past and decided to try the most expensive model. I am deeply disappointed. It only works when plugged in (I have replaced batteries twice). It dies within minutes of being unplugged. I can't even return it because the policy is 30 days, and I bought it 32 days ago. This product is faulty or poorly designed. The voice commands are interesting, but I wish this product would actually just work as intended.

This wifi monitoring pill tray is awesome. It alerts when to take medicine and reports when it is not taken properly. Great for elderly care who are still independent living.

This has been wonderful solution to a huge problem of proper medication timing and dosages. Easy setup and use. We went with the clear lids so that my loved one could tell me and see how many days were left. We also went with 2 so that the am and pm meds could be safely dispensed and refills are only needed every 26 days (I personally do that as a just in case measure so they don't go without) We also timed the alarms to his cell phone so he would know when to take the medications even when not in earshot of the dispenser.

Wish they made a smaller unit that housed only a few pills instead of one that holds more pills that any average person would consume. It would also be nice if it came with 2 keys, just in case one gets lost. Other than that I really like it. Seems to be good quality.

This worked for about 1 month then it just stopped working all together. I returned it got a new one because I thought I just got a faulty one. Same thing happened to that one except it took a little longer so I couldn't return it. I had to eat 200$ for a pile of garbage. Don't buy this!

I ordered a replacement for the first unit that stopped working after two weeks, rather than a refund bc I was desperate to help my mom keep her meds on track. The unit was helping a lot until it just went dead after five months of use. Wonderful concept but the unit is just not reliable. I wish it was, the app letting me know when meds were taken was nice, but it didn't always mean she took them. She also missed doses if she was not home. I replaced this with a different pill keeper with alarm I found which is less expensive and designed for dementia patients and it is going well. This device is just not reliable, unfortunately and the window for a refund is not long, so you will be ripped off.
