Readable even for those of us with poor vision
Does the job. Nice, big, dial. Nice, big platform. Weight doesn't change when I slightly shift position, unlike a lot of other scales. Needs zeroing almost every time I use it, but the control is easy to use.

Hard to see for seniors

Consistent but inaccurate reading
After reading the other reviews, I made sure to use the dial to set the weight to zero with nothing on top. Then, I weighed myself. After doing so for several days, I noticed that the readings are consistent but they are always 10 pounds off. While it would be nice to be lighter, this is not acceptable.

J'ai pour habitude de me peser régulièrement et mon vieux pèse personnes m'a lâchée ! Je voulais le remplacer par un modèle classique (automatique), puis ce modèle "analogique" m'a inspirée. Il m'a paru solide et je pense qu'il l'est ! Je dois chausser mes lunettes pour lire le poids et il est assez encombrant rapport au modèle que j'avais précédemment, qui avait sa place dans la salle de bain. Un temps d'adaptation est nécessaire mais je suis assez satisfaite de mon acquisition.
