I got this for my dog first aid kit. It is clear just like described and painless (I tried it on myself first before putting on my dogs). It is easy to spray out and heals wounds fast. My dog had a hematoma on its ear and I used this on it (after the scab came off) and it is healing fast and nicely. This is a staple for animals and humans alike!

This clear version is so much easier to apply and clean compared to the original brown/yellow betadine. We used this on a large cut and it did not get infected so that's great! And it's extremely functional with the spray feature, versus using a gauze to apply the original version. This will last us a long time, so great value for the money.
