This iPhone holder is amazing. It is so durable and great quality. The design is perfect fora car. Easy to install and it holds my iPhone very nicely. The suction is solid and nicely made. It works! I've used the vent one for now - nice because it'll stay out of the Florida sun. When summer comes, I'll use the dash top version so my vent isn't covered up. Like that I have both options

I ordered this unit because it had more than one way to mount the phone - mount to vertical or horizontal slats in air vents or mount using suction cup. My car has vertical slats in the center air vents, and only the horizontal vent by the window on the driver’s side has enough room to mount the phone. It does seem to be sturdily mounted and will be useful for navigation as needed - easy to install and easy to remove. I then tried the suction cup mount in the center of my dashboard. I cleaned everything thoroughly as suggested in the instructions. The suction cup has some stickiness to the soft plastic as well, so it stuck quite well when I mounted the phone. It stuck so well that when I went to remove the mount, because of the stickiness it was difficult to remove from the relatively smooth surface! I think it would be easier to remove from the typical rougher dashboard surface. Fortunately, nothing broke and it didn’t leave any residue, but I decided, since I don’t plan to leave the phone holder in the car all the time, I will just use the vent holder for now. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I have a 2017 Rav4. I was unable to find any dashboard surface that this mount would adhere to securely. It will mount securely to the windshield, so that’s how I will use it. The telescopic arm is long enough that I don’t believe the phone will be baking in the sun. I am keeping it, but would have been happier if I would have been able to secure it somewhere on the dashboard or console area.

I bought this to replace a different magnetic phone holder that wouldn’t hold my phone well. It was easy to install and the suction power on this holder is quite strong. It holds up quite well and even with the cold winter weather upon us. I have an iPhone Max and it hasn’t been an issue at all. I am very pleased with this holder. It adjusts nicely and easily so you can put your phone exactly where you need it and in either upright or horizontal positions. It releases easily when you need to take your phone out as well. The adapter to attach it to your vent is helpful although I haven’t had the need for it. (It’s the prefect backup.) Overall, an impressive product! Highly recommend it!

I have left it until now, 5 months after purchase to review this phone holder. I reckon this is the best phone holder I have purchased to date. The suction to the windscreen is second to none, the construction is top rate as well. The cradle holds the phone effortlessly and the release mechanism works on both sides of the phone. There is very very little shake when going over rough roads. All in all a great buy.
