Highly recommend
Fab book and with great instruction as to where to find all the ingredients, exactly when to add certain things like colourings and flavourings and some lovely pics! Really helpful for a beginner making macaroons and would recommend to anyone wanting to give them a try!

SK Guide to making macaroons by Mark Tilling. Hardback copy
The only reason why I'm giving this book 4 stars is because although the author works/worked at a certain establishment, the author is plugging their wares at every opportunity; and it would be a lot easier to follow the recipes had the photos been numbered. The good things about this book is that there are recipes for both sweet and savoury types of macaroons, and there's enough projects to make, even for a total novice like me, and it gives hints and tips, including where you've gone wrong (which will be very useful for me).

Macaron not Macaroon!
I absolutely hate it when Macarons are called Macaroons so I simply won't buy this book on principle! I will therefore stick to Adriano Zumbo's book for the correctly titled Macaron!

Nice Book
Certainly cheaper than bought through squires kitchen. Arrived packaged well and in good time.Good illustrations, good instructions, good ideas.

Much better books around
I was quite disappointed with the methodology in the book! Although the pictures are really nice and provide good ideas, the instructions on how to make the macaroons is poor. There are much better books around that are worth investing in. This book whilst pretty to look at, is quite basic in instructions and plugs the ready mix and other Squires Kitchen products too easily!
