Superior to the plastic nasal strips I've tried, which come off within a few hours, so will purchase again. But note it's necessary to clean the outside of nose thoroughly to enable adhesion and keep taut as you apply it. Wish they'd produce a flesh - coloured one for less visible daytime wear.

Brilliant at helping you breathe better through your nose if in the exact right position. Very sticky so best to follow instructions to wet when removing as not to damage skin on nose 😬

I liked the look of these strips but the adhesive made my skin react. Back to the breathe right ones which I have used regularly before and never reacted.

With some scepticism, I bought this lot. They actually work, as I've been "mouth breathing" during sleep for years. Every morning I woke up with a jaw ache as I had instinctively thrust my chin forward to keep an open passage for air. But no more. My nares are open and my jaw has settled into a natural position during sleep. One piece of advice I'd give though: don't just rip them off in the morning. These little sticky tapes have hell's glue on them and I was lucky not to have ripped my nose off on my first removal attempt. I certainly recommend these.

This was great for the first few days, until i literally started screaming in pain because it was just stuck to my lips. The adhesive is like, military grade. It tore my lip skin in the corner of my mouth and now I’m in pain because it’s exposed. I wish it wasn’t as strong otherwise this would’ve been a different review. Great for the first few days! I tried to put lip balm on first but it didn’t help. Definitely not buying again!

The strips are wellmade, very adhesive in fact to remove the sticky residue a hot shower is needed. These are by far the most effective strips I have used to improve my breathing. I am awaiting surgery for a blocked nasal passage. I would recommend them to anyone who has trouble breathing with stuffed up nostrils.

These strips provide a better seal on your nose compared to the breathe right strips, but aren't as strong. They do help and can open up your nasal airways. Give them a try!

These are seriously phenomenal. They stick way better than breathright strips. They're comfy and they don't cause nose acne. Im been using them two weeks and I'm a customer for life now. To get them to stick the best you need to put a little bit of rubbing alcohol on and wipe it off before sticking it.

Product works great. I recommend this to all that can’t breath.

These were awful. Not one stayed in place through the night. Don’t waste your money

I’ve been using breathe right for awhile and these are so much better. I usually use the breathe right smalls and these work for me, though they’re a little bigger. Much cuter and comfier, and the adhesive is better

I’ve tried the leading brand and some others but like these the best. All these reviews about them not staying on are because they’re probably not wiping their nose bridge/nostrils off before putting it on. I use oils and lotions on my face before bed but use just a washcloth to then wipe off my nose and let it dry. THEN put on the nose strip. Nights I forget to do this, the strip will fall off right away. Easy fix. An astringent on the nose first would be helpful too. These stay on all night and open the nose well. I get the subscribe and save to save a few bucks.
