Q: I have seen several answers to the height of this product. What is it actually? A photo with a tape measure would be helpful.

Height (aka bottom to top - which can vary depending on how high you have your adjustable legs set) is around 14.5” Length/Depth (the long side - from the back to the front) is about 1/8 shy of 20” Width (left side to right side) is just barely shy of 10” It did not let me add photos with a tape measure - it only lets you upload videos or files, sorry!

Q: Can the racks be removed? Is bottom surface inside the unit flat?

Yes the racks can be removed. And the bottom surface is flat.
