I have tried a couple of other brands. And this is probably the most comfortable. I sized up, I’m 32 weeks pregnant and needed some Extra support. I definitely recommend. If I had to do it over again I would have started wearing this product at 20 weeks just to keep pressure off of my back!

I used to do yoga 4 times a week before I got pregnant. I loved how yoga relieves my stress and I heard it’s really nice to practice during your pregnancy too. But I’m concerned that I can start feeling some heaviness when I practice some postures, so I came looking for support belts. This one in particular has a super stretch that can hold my belly in place no matter which way I'm facing. It’s totally breathable so I don’t feel sweaty and sticky around my belly when I’m in yoga. I now wear it to work too since it’s so powerful - I’ve bought 2 of them already and I’m really satisfied with the quality.

I had spine accident back then and also have scoliosis on my lower back. This really helped to ease my backpain especially now that I'm on my 3rd trimester. I ordered Medium and it's a perfect fit for me. I'm 5'4" tall and my original waistline is 26-27 inches, now that i'm on my 3rd trimester, i'm around 36 inches. Hope other may find this helpful.

it was not easy to stay on and it was painful when I put it on. It might have been to small but they way the belt is placed on the front pad doesn't help hold the bump up.

Quality is good but the belly part seemed to small to actually help carry my heavy baby bump
