WHISTLING KETTLE BLUE 3 L INDUCTION/ GAS/ MODERN

Happy with this. I was worried I wouldn't be able to fill it via the spout, but the flip up whistle goes high enough to fit it under my kitchen tap. It will depend what sort of tap you have whether it fits under yours. It boils quickly and wipes clean, although I tend to move it out of the way if I'm frying something so it doesn't get splashed with oil etc. The handle is plastic but really looks like wood and is a soft-touch type material that feels nice. Overall I'm very pleased, it looks great, feels good quality and is good value.

Beautiful looking kettle, I love the teal colour. It has a plastic handle that looks very much like wood. (it cool to the touch when you lift it off the stove). Pours well with no over spill.The whistle gets louder as it boils, but it's not a screeching noise and doesn't annoy.I live in a very hard water area and usually have kettles with lime scale filters, but as this one hasn't got one, I have bought a metal scourer to pop inside, seems to do the trick.12 months on and I'm sorry to say as I've a gas hob, scorch marks began to appear around the bottom half of the kettle, affecting the colour quite badly, shame as I was fond of the colour.

I've had this for a couple of months and I love it! It's beautiful and works really well. I'm using it on an induction hob so there's been no discoloration (I think that's more a gas hob problem). I love that the whistle top bit can be opened and closed using a lever on the handle. I love the wood look of the handle, but it's not actually wood, it's a wood effect vinyl I think, but that's probably more durable because it gets steamy so wood might go mouldy. Overall, I absolutely love this kettle! The whistle is good and loud too!

The kettle is okay, but not worth the £30 asking price, Argos has sliughtly smaller model that is also induction hob compatible at £18 which is now much better value. Mine got the paint peeling all across, also the rounded lid has no thermal insulation, so it cannot be opened just after use. Thje lid has very poor design, the screw keeps getting loose every few months.Not recommended, there are better and cheaper options.

The Kettle is of very poor quality and not fit for purpose. The kettle was purchased on the 3rd October 2022 (3 months old), as you can see the paint has discolored, is now coming off and the kettle is going rusty. The item was purchased from Allsell24 Limited, i have tried to contact them, but unable yo find a customer service number. I would like my money back please!!!!!!!!!!!

Works fabulously on the induction hob. Looks good, feels nice to pick up as the handle is smooth and the whole unit is lightweight.

Bought this to replace our electric kettle. We use it on an induction hob, boils faster, much better all round.

Der Kessel an sich ist optisch schön. Jedoch stimmt meiner Meinung nach die Füllmenge nicht. Beziehungsweise das Wasser läuft über beim Kochen. Sprich, man kann den Kessel nicht mit 3 Liter füllen und diese dann erhitzen ohne eine Überschwemmung auf dem Herd zu haben. Es dauert auf dem Induktionsherd 7 Minuten bis das Wasser kocht!Geht mit dem Wasserkocher wesentlich schneller. Optisch ist der Kessel sehr schön und macht schon etwas her in der Küche.Hatte Reklamation und danach hat sich auch der Verkäufer mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und alles wurde geklärt. Auch das mit den Rücksendekosten.

Mit Induktionsplatten kann man gut auf Wasserkocher verzichten. Allerdings lässt es sich aus Töpfen schlecht in Tassen schütten. Daher suchten wir einen schönen Kessel für den Herd und sich mit diesem Schmuckstück fündig geworden.Das Fassungsvermögen ist enorm und der Kessel wärmt auch sehr lange nach, sodass man beim Wiederaufkochen nicht lange wartn muss. Der Griff ist sehr gut, die Öffnung geht sehr leicht.Anfangs wusste ich nicht wie lange man das Wasser kochen lassen sollte, doch wie früher pfeift der Kessel sehr gut und laut. Das Einfüllen des Wassers ist ebenfalls sehr einfach.Beim Entleeren bleibt leider immer ein ganz kleiner Rest, der sich etwas schwer rausschütten lässt. Dann einfach noch etwas stehen lassen, bis es trocknet. Die Reinigung ist auch etwas umständlich, da die Öffnung zum Füllen für die Hände zu klein ist. Da muss man mit einer Bürste ran.Zum Verstauen im Schrank ist der Kessel leider etwas klobig und groß. Wäre er das nicht, würde aber auch nicht viel hinein passen. Dafür ist er ein sehr hübscher Blickfang, wenn man ihn draußen stehen lässt. Die Farbe türkis sieht auch in Natura sehr schön aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
