A good product. It gets the job done. I was needing to bring my handlebar closer, for a more comfortable position, and I get it with this one. Make sure it fits your handlebar, paying attention to the size, before you order it. 5 stars is my evaluation.

I needed to shorten my bike stem a couple of inches and the 32mm stem is the shortest I could find. It works great.

Hasn’t broken off, so that’s a great start to a review, especially since my dad borrows it too. I can absolutely see how these don’t give you much leeway when it comes to over tightening them. Not suggesting that you don’t toque them to proper specs, but if you try to “feel it out,” be careful if you ate spinach before. They use very soft metal. It’s mounted to a 29er hardtail that is used weekly, and it hasn’t lost the ability to secure the fork and keep the handlebars from moving. I’m slowly gaining a full piece of mind while riding It. I was very paranoid on the first few rides due to those on here who said it fell apart worse than Charlie Scheen.UPDATE: 07/10/22Still hasn't snapped off so I'm alive to give this Update 👍 4.5 ✨

Great stem for the price. Pro tip - buy a set of headset rings/spacers to compensate for any size difference between the thickness of this and thickness of your OEM stem. Your headset will not tighten down without the spacers.

My posture on a used bicycle had me leaning forward. Bad form can cause hand numbness within minutes after getting on a bike. Since I knew the problem, I simply had to find a solution and this was it! By swapping out my longer handlebar stem for this short one and making a slight adjustment to the handlebar height, the result was a more upright riding position, one of the key things to prevent hand numbness. Over all quality is okay and the stem came with two handlebar shims (in various sizes) for a more accurate fit, if needed. My setup didn't require it. Just be careful not to over tighten it the bolts. Perfect for any home mechanic to solve one of the major complaints due to numb hands. Excellent bang for the buck!

Clamp (where handlebar goes) metal is quite thin. I don't know how this will hold up to use.
