I bought this 12-pack of COLWATT bulbs for my dining room chandelier because I was tired of "warm" LED bulbs that still looked too white or flickered when I tried to dim them. These are exactly what I was looking for to restore that cozy, vintage vibe. Pros: Beautiful 2500K Color: This is the main reason to buy these. The light is a genuine, rich warm white (amber glow). It makes the room feel inviting and cozy, unlike the harsh blue-ish tint you get from some modern bulbs. Perfect Dimming: Since these are traditional incandescent bulbs, they dim incredibly smoothly all the way down to a faint glow without any buzzing, humming, or flickering. Great Value: Getting 12 bulbs in one pack is a steal compared to buying them individually at the hardware store. It’s great to have extras on hand for when one eventually burns out. Packaging: They arrived well-packaged. I was worried about ordering glass online, but none of them were broken. Cons/Things to Note: Heat & Energy: Just remember these are incandescent 40W bulbs, not LEDs. They do get hot to the touch quickly, and they use more electricity. If you want energy efficiency, look elsewhere. But if you want aesthetic, these are the winner. Glass Fragility: The glass tips are delicate (which looks nice), so be gentle when screwing them in.
