I have been what used to be called ‘under the weather’ lately, result of a few illnesses and family stress I expect. A friend recommended these, I will admit I didn’t feel at all confident, and three a day seemed to work out quite expensive on something I didn’t think would work. Well I was wrong in so many ways from day one I felt I could get some of the small tasks I’d been putting off for the past few months. After a few days I felt able to get up feeling awake and happy to get things done, my friend said to drop down to two a day and see if I continued to feel as able. I’ve done that and may go down to one, taking more when I have something coming up that needs a bit more energy, like grandchildren staying while on school holidays.

Had an independent test done on this and results came back slightly above stated nmn amount. I have an in-depth anti-aging protocol so testing my stuff is legit is very important. This passed the test.
