This is scary for me!
I bought this because my Gramma had something like it growing up and I remember using it and I'm in my 40s Ive been working out at home lately and wanted something to tone up my inner thighs and legs. Well this thing just scared me. I didn't feel stable when I stood on it. It felt wobbly and it kept sticking when I tried to move my legs back and forth on the sliders. Don't get me started on the hand bar. That made it even worse for me. I had my daughter try it and she said the same things almost to a T that I did. It just doesn't feel stable.

It's okay, noisy, uncomfortable to use while barefoot
This leg exercise machine is kind of lackluster. The instructions only came in Chinese but it was fairly self explanatory. Assembly was very simple-just cut the zip ties holding it together & insert the handle & tighten. It does provide a good thigh workout but I didn’t like how noisy it was. It’s kind of loud when sliding & very loud if you go out far enough or in enough to hit the sides. I also disliked that even though you can fold it up so it takes up less space, there’s nothing to hold it together so it just flops open again when I’m trying to store it upright. It would have been nice if it came with a cord & hook of some sort so it would stay folded up. Also, to get it completely flat, you have to loosen the screw that holds the handle in place & turn it otherwise the handles stick out & you can’t tuck it away. If you watch the video in the description it is also misleading because the machine in the video has a small monitor attached that tracks progress but there is no such thing. The handles are padded with foam which makes it comfortable to hold on to when stabilizing yourself. It comes with adhesive foam pads to stick to the bottom to protect your floors. I like to be barefoot when I’m at home & the raised texture on the foot pedals feel very sharp & I recommend wearing thick socks or shoes when using this. Overall, it provides a good thigh workout but if I knew what I know now, I wouldn’t get this machine again.
