MEGELIN Red Infrared Light Therapy Bag for Whole Body, 70inch*32inch*12inch,2520 LEDs for Full Body Red Light Therapy Mat at Home

I purchased my MEGELIN red infrared light therapy bag in July 2025 it has become a part of my weekly self-care routine. Before I purchased it, I was going regularly to a local health spa for infrared sessions. I actually find this bag to be more effective and convenient than what the spa offered. I use the bag 3 to 5 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes a time. I love the variety of settings that are available - if I use it earlier in the day, I turn up the intensity for an energizing boost that still helps calm inflammation. In the evenings I select a lower setting because it’s perfect for winding down and relaxing, but still continues to ease soreness and inflammation. My husband has also found benefit in using it, especially with his knees and back. I recently had one of my controllers malfunction, and the customer service was top-notch. George helped me right away and I had a replacement part within the week. It was fast, friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this product anyone looking for relief, but a recovery and a more convenient alternative to having to go to a clinic for infrared.

AMAZING!! I am not new to red light therapy. I have a panel and head mask. To be able to get into this and have it do everything it once is awesome. I had a major back surgery on Dec 16th. Because of this red light therapy bag my healing has gone significantly better. I had a ALIF this surgery and a laminectomy a year ago. This surgery has been an easier recovery. Not to mention my incision sights. I don’t think it is appropriate to post those but they are healing amazingly well. High highly recommend this product. It may feel like a lot of money up front but when you look at other places to get therapy it pays for itself very quickly.

So far it’s great. It seems to relieve some aches and pains. We look forward to using it. I combine it with meditation. It’s cold getting into it so I let it heat up for a few minutes before going in. Yes it’s heavy but easy to slid under the bed and back out again.

Newest update: the second controller is broken again and I'm awaiting the manufacturer to send me another replacement After 9 months, one of the controllers stopped working. That's why I originally gave it 1 star. But the manufacturer sent me a new controller so I'm changing it to 4 stars

I have beat my body up over the years and am paying the price now. After carefully researching red light therapy, I tried a smaller device for my knee and was stoked with the results. That eventually lead me to go big with the Red Infrared Light Therapy Bag and I wasn't disappointed. I use it up to 30 mins about 5 days a week and am able to recover faster so I can do more of the things I want to do, especially surf. It has been a game changer, especially for my back and knee pain. I received the product quickly and it was easy to set up. About 10 months in I had an issue and customer support was quick to reply and replace the product.

I should have looked at this closer. It's uses a lot of space and is heavy and awkward to move and set up. If you're older (like me) and not terribly strong, be aware that it's cumbersome and that inhibits me from using it. It might need it's own space.

It is a great buy! Love it!

I have been using red lights for face rejuvenation and pain relief for sometime now and this is my newest addition to my at-home red light equipment. Very impressed with the functionality and ease of use. The mats are not bulky and have only one connector and individual controller. The time and heating can be controlled easily through the controller. Storing is easy; all I do is fold and slid it under the bed. Light intensity is good and helps with pain relief and rejuvenation. Overall, a great buy and highly recommend.
