Finally I can video chat and appear to actually be looking into the camera!
This camera works exactly as described. I have an older 27" iMac with the original 720P "HD" camera at the top of the display. So the upgrade to 1080P is immediately quite noticeable. This suction cup camera is easy to move around the screen, based on where the other person is sitting in your screen. Now they can actually see you "looking into their eyes" when chatting, instead of appearing to be looking down and away as with a top-of-screen camera. I typically place the suction cup in the middle of their forehead and the clear suction cup isn't all that distracting. The only think I don't really like is that the field of view is significantly narrower than my built-in camera. This gives me a zoomed-in appearance and is not adjustable. This makes it difficult to have a second person included in the field of view.

Terrible quality
Terrible quality, the camera keeps falling of the suction cup OR ten cup detaches from screen. Device keeps failing and needs to be unplugged

Video quality not good snd suction cup hard to remove
It provides better eye contact but the colors are bright and you look like a ghost, I used it for a while but compared to a conventional camera the quality is low. While the transparent suction cup is a good idea and leads to only minimal screen occlusion, it can be hard to remove. All in all I am not a fan of this webcam and will look for other options.

Great for meetings, but no perfect
The first camera I received suffered from horrible image quality. In spite everything I tried it was unfortunately useable. Given all the positive reviews I took a chance and had it replaced with new on and I’m happy to report that it’s working really well. As you can see in the photo my monitor is positioned quite high, so a webcam on top of it is basically pointing at the top of my head. The Eye to Eye Cam solves this issue really effectively. I position it on top of the Zoom window and maintain eye contact for the whole meeting. The image the camera delivers is less than optimal, at least in my personal experience. As no tuning software is included, I found WebCam Settings, available on Apple’s AppStore does a really nice job for image tweaks like; exposure, contrast, color temp and brightness. I took a while to tune, but my camera now produces a really nice image - probably not as good as the Logitech camera it replaced, but very acceptable for meetings.

Great Device! Really helps with eye contact
This is a great device, it really helps create natural eye contact. Here are my tips: 1) make sure you push the suction down firmly. The first time I used it it popped off and then your camera goes all whacky and who knows what they can see. After pushing firmly have not had any issues have been on calls for 3+ hours. 2) it really is not distracting it is so small that you just get used to it. Fantastic if you want to read a document and look natural. 3) Make sure to play with your camera settings on your computer. At first i thought the camera quality was poor, all I had to do was go play with my camera settings. It is not quite as nice as the camera on my Brio but I am using it more frequently due to the above great features.

Not a Quality Camera
(first image displayed is the Eye to Eye and the second is my own integrated webcam). I was excited to try out this camera. As someone who does a significant amount of interfacing using a webcam in Zoom meetings, the quality and color of my image are crucial. I set up the camera, downloaded their software's most recent version, and ensured the specs on my computer met the standard. I first tried it on my laptop, and the image was grainy and looked close to black and white. I played with the lighting, and it did not help. Then, I went to work to try this on a more powerful computer, and the results were the same. I did reach out to their customer support through their "chat" option. They were NOT helpful. Their comment was that their engineering team said it was fine. (I'll assume the brevity of the whole conversation was due to a language barrier). I really wanted to like this. Not worth the $110 I paid for it. Sending it back today.

15FPS (Frame Rate) Means Very Low Quality Video - Not For Pro Videographers
Bought this to see if there is a way to make it work since the concept is good, but the video quality is atrocious. At 15 fps (the barest minimum acceptable for video) you'll need studio level lighting to even start to get a picture that is not pixelated or that the color isn't washed out on. I own a competitor product and in already interested in new developments but this falls short...a lot. There's a QR code on the box as shown in the pictures but you do not get any instructions on how to use that at all. So, if you open the software you download via the QR code and you open Zoom you're on your own to figure out what to do. It is indeed plug and play as described, but all that means is you plug it in and you see a very grainy video of yourself. I toyed around with camera settings in MS Teams and was able to make some adjustments but still not to the professional level it needed to be, plus, I want to use this with Zoom. For now we'll be sticking with our center competitor product because at this quality and high price it's not worth it.

A great concept but the video kept freezing after a couple of minutes making it unusuable and therefore it has been returned. Sorry to be negative but that was my experience.

I have tried several locations on my screen and the cup fails during my meetings. The camera is fine.
