I bought this pen primarily for how it looks and the fact that it can take pilot G2 refills. The pen is comfortable. I loaded a Pilot G2 in "Hunter Green" (dark green) to match the british racing green color of the pen itself.Good looks and good weight.I had the pen for approximately a year using it almost daily when the cap became loose. It didnt take much effort to make the pen separate from the cap (several times while it was in my pocket.)I remembered the pen had a 2 year warranty and contacted Scriveiner via their website. Someone responded that same day asking for more details and I had a replacement pen within 2 days.Excellent customer service.

This pen is elegant, nicely weighted, and writes very smooth. I have paid much more in the past for far less quality ones that I rarely used. I will be using this one all of the time and am bound to purchase another! Also will make great office gifts with the beautiful color variety.And as a bonus, the company service attention is impeccable and one you don't find much today. They sent a follow up email reminder of the extras in the box - so not to be accidentally tossed - and the warranty. Bravo!!

Absolutely amazing product and a terrific value. I’ve had my pen for over a year, using it every day. Mine had a seal issue and I reached out to Jul in warranties and have a new one arriving in just a few days. Can’t recommend this product and company enough, they stand by their great craftsmanship!

Day 1 review:The pen is beautiful hope it stays that wayThe pen is perfect on the writing from the things lines to fairly bold, it's not a thick feel but for just writing the lines are sensitive and beautiful.The clip fastens nicely to my thicker lined pocket pants and I feel confident it's not going to fall out randomly.That all bring said it doesn't feel super great in the hand like you can tell there's an element of cheaper plastic underneath that beautiful paint job and as such I feel like over time it's not going to be a great writer, however my needs are only that of signing docs and quick form fills. So I will update if anything changes thereAlso I'm unsure for I feel about the cap to pen it clicks and hold securely but there's an element that makes it feel loose when spinning it on the pen.

This is a gorgeous writing pen. Loved the design and professional look of it. The packaging is superior. I was impressed to receive so quickly. It was ordered as a gift and I know they will love it.Thank you

I contacted customer support for Scriveiner via Amazon after I had an issue with the ink. They almost immediately responded. After explaining my issue and giving evidence of it, they offered to send me four ink refills at no cost. They told me I would receive the refills on April 30th but I received it on April 26th. The refill has seemed to fixed the issue I was having and the experience I had with the customer service representative was great. The problem was not only handled quickly but professionally!
