I’ve tried just about every type of fuel out there—gels, chews, liquids, you name it—but You Again Super Honey is by far my favorite. I use it on all of my long runs, and it’s the only fuel I actually look forward to eating. It’s compact and easy to stash in any pocket or pouch, which makes it super convenient. Most importantly, it never upsets my stomach or makes me nauseous, which has been an issue for me with other products. On top of that, it's delicious, natural, satisfying, and not artificial like so many other options. This honey has become my go-to for endurance training, and I won’t head out for a long run without it. Highly recommend!

This stuff is incredible. I consume more of them than I probably should. Delicious out of the packet, drizzled on buttery toast, as a pre-workout snack, mid-workout energy boost, or post-dinner treat. Can't recommend them enough!

So far so good! Used it on a longer run and aside from being a little thick since it was cold out, the taste and effectiveness were good!

This was my first time using any kind of energy gel. Used it for a long run and I could almost instantly feel my body shift at mile 4 after I took it. I would 100% recommend. It was super easy to take. No sticky residue.

Ill start with the positives as this is could be an excellent product. For context I run most days but would only carry nutrition for runs over about 2 hours in training. I fuel every 30-45 mins in a marathon and typically go through 4-6 in a race. I have used GU, Maurten and Huma but was interested to try the honey ones as they promised to be cleaner and started here. As a huge positive, the energy feels noticeably more evenly distributed, you dont get the drop off once it wears off so it feels far more suitable to distance events than other gels. In terms of performance, these really delivered. No races are identical but im noticeably less concerned about fueling as these are very effective. On the neutral side, i never have stomach issues and didnt with these, so i cant comment if they are better or worse. The taste is ok... they are a bit grainy but that didnt make any difference with me, the flavours are also fine, i dont really like the flavour of any of the gels though so not really something i judge them on. On to the negative, as great as they are , there is no chance id ever use them in a race so the positives are largely irrelevant. The packaging is too hard to get the gel out of if you are running, its not even that easy if you are standing still. Every other Gel company uses similar if not the same packets that are easy to tear and squeeze into your mouth but these are slightly but very meaningfully different. After you tear the top of the packet, the hole is too small to squeeze the gel out quickly. Ive so far used 5 and they are identical. This is really disappointing as if they fixed this 1 issue, i would likely use these alot more but realistically they arent useable unless you are taking one pre-race before the gun goes off.
