Works well once installed. It's my view that this device should be installed by an electrician or competent person who should find the installation straight forward. The tricky bit is getting the unit to connect to the home Wi-Fi. This is done via the C-home app which runs on Apple iOS or Android smart phones. Installation instructions are unhelpful if you encounter a problem and there is no helpdesk support. This device only works with 2GHz wifi signals which should not be a problem because most routers support both 2GHz and 5GHz. You may have to switch the router OFF and On. In one case I had to switch off the 5GHz wifi setting in the router (contact your Network provider for instructions). Otherwise a great device with many other modules in the range.
