This is the perfect phone for my mother in law. Simple and easy to use. It is also stylish. Great volume and hearing aid compatible. The SIM card was a little difficult to get in , but apart from that , a great phone

Its a very easy to set up and use Phone screen and button size are good charging is simple , sound is very clear and loud very good value quality good

Great simple flip phone. Price increase 11% in 6 months and this one did not include the charger, just aswell the recipient has the original from the previous phone.

Bought for my elderly parents to replace their old Doro mobile. The old one worked perfectly and it still working, but had to get them the 4G version. They have only just started using it, so can't comment on battery life but functionality is good, easy to use for them, and importantly it is familiar as it looks almost identical to the old one. I really like the SOS button on the back that they could use in an emergency. I have set it to call me, but it also sends a text message to up to two contacts as well. Very good.

this is the 3rd doro we have purchased and still pleased with this new model, find its so easy to use and only needed for texts and calls very clear volume and excellent display which lights up to see keys easy, on the hole a good product only thing that differs from our old one is flashing white light to show calls if on silent as this one is a rather dim green light and not seen easily

Just what I was looking for. Much better than a smartphone for me. I only upgraded from my Samsung e120 because they are switching off 2g and 3g soon. I love the big buttons. And the user interface is intuitive, which I hardly ever come across.

Unfortunately had to return item.charged to 72% using lead and cradle with correct plug adapter. suddenly the phone sreen went black and would not start up or continue charging.Had to return for full refund
