I haven't used this log enough to notice any pain relief. I am very satisfied as far as the product itself. It absorbs well: I add it into smoothies, soup, so many different things. I do recommend this item.

Impossible
I ordered this twice from Amazon. The first one was nearly impossible for my husband and I to open and when we finally got it open it was unsealed. The second was impossible to open and we had to cut it open with a knife from the bottom. Will never order again from Amazon.

This is not a quality turmeric . Brownish in colour and has no stain quality. Definitely will not purchase again and would like to return
