4D Concepts Windsor Storage Unit with Two Baskets

Product seemed to be as shown and well made. Unfortunately it did not fit the space where I wanted to put it. I would not order from this company again however. I did not mind paying the shipping back, and it is a very heavy item, I did however mind paying an additional $20 restocking fee. Paid $57 to ship it back and $20 restocking -should have just kept it.

One shelf had threaded holes that were in crooked and could not get screws in. Also had a large scrap on front down to bare metal, I was able to cover with paint. Overall like the shelf.

Machined parts all fit, the threaded bolt holes are right on spot and well made, the stone appearace shelf was surprisingly nice and the baskets were cuter and stronger than I had imagined. It took about 20 minutes to build. The provided hanger hardware appears to be made for block or brick walls. Placement of the holes were at 23 5/16s wide and 21 5 / 16s tall for our piece. The manufacturer even included a single extra mounting bolt for when the builder drops one. Thanks 4D.Instructions were minimal. Watch which way you install the shelves. Incorrectly placed and they stick out like a fat lip about 3/4s of an inch. Corrcetly placed and all was flush and nice.

The manufacturer decided to save 10 cents by including the dinkiest alan wrench I’ve ever seen. It was too small to even go all the way around without scratching the metal (see pictures.) I ended up stripping half the screws on there, all because they were too cheap to include a slightly bigger wrench.As far as the shelf, the weathered concrete is more brown than gray. Overall quality is decent once you get past the assembly. Just make sure you assemble it right the first time, because you might strip half the screws. (Instructions aren’t the best, but you can figure it out without instructions.)

This was perfect for the toilet/shower area in our bathroom. Holds towels, face towels, and wash rags. Baskets hold extra TP. I wasn't too thrilled with the color of the shelf but it worked well and is mostly covered anyway.

I ordered this once before for my condo and it was really nice. I recently moved and decided to order again and put in my new house. Well, as you can see from the picture, I was very disappointed!

The packaging was the worst I have ever seen, I had to pull each piece of packaging to look for the screws and still missing on. I’m missing one of the pieces of wood in the middle. The bottom wood is supper to be real rusty not looking moldy.
