No, will not work with 3.3V Logic. From the datasheet, Voltage from Gate to Source Threshold (Vgs (th) is Max = 4. Meaning, 4V is when it starts to turn OFF. Yes, this is a depletion type FET, meaning it is ON when the input is 0V, and turns off then you exceed 4V across the gate to source. As advertised, should work well with Ardiono's 5V TTL, but sadly ESP32 will not work with this FET.
