Best frying pan ever
I bought this pan as I wanted to get away from micro plastics with Teflon coated pans. This pan is amazing, the food does not stick, with a small spray of oil. Food cooks evenly and quickly. The pan cleans easily with not much effort.

The perfect pan
Just love this pan. It looks good and cooks perfectly and it’s is so easy to clean. It’s perfect for scrambled eggs and omelettes, nothing sticks to just hope it lasts.

Still good after a few months of use
Quite pleased with this pan, after 4 months of using and trying many others - no scratches or chips. It is a little raised in the middle, so the oil runs to the sides, and can be slightly sticky with eggs if heated too hot, but it cleans up very easy, and you get used it. I certainly can tolerate this minor thing for the sake of a non-toxic coating. Thinking of getting a bigger one the same series.

First few daily egg cooks with butter where great then started sticking
Review of Ninja Extended Life 20cm Ceramic Frying Pan.I bought several Ninja frying pans on Prime day to replace my Stellar Rocktanium ones from around 5 years ago. My Rocktanium 20cm pan was starting to stick annoyingly. My initial first 4 or so cooks with the Ninja Extended Life 20cm where very good, I scramble eggs daily. But each day I noticed more and more sticking. The base seems to have warped slightly also. I've not tried my 24, 26 and 30cm Ninja pans yet from the Ninja ZEROSTICK Stainless Steel range. I've requested a replacement because I'm confident it was a bad batch one; I will follow up with a review of the replacement.

Excellent pan. I’m making sure to only hand wash it and see if it lasts longer than all the other ‘healthy’ non stick pans I’ve bought over the last 30 years ! So far so good, don’t even need to use oil.

Great at first
This is a smallish pan, but just the size for frying eggs and omelettes. So far, we've used it for breakfast eggs, and love the results. You need next to no oil and a low heat; the eggs don't stick at all and just slide out once done - you don't even need a spatula. We've got good quality, branded pans apart from this one, and tend to normally still struggle with sticky bits. So far and straight out of the box, this works wonderfully. Subtle branding on handle and bottom; metal handle appears to stay cool to touch and is solidly attached to the pan.Edit: After about a month, the pan has started sticking. We've only used it for eggs and on a low heat. I've removed a star, but we're trying to season the pan with low heat and oil to see if that helps. However on such a well made pan, with after careful use and after only a month, it shouldn't need it.Further update: Removing another star as our pan now sticks on most uses. A real shame - it's a beautiful pan, but has sticking rather than staying power.
