More natural than some of the other brand-name OTC multiples. They have good (100% or more) of all the major vitamins and minerals. They are low on calcium and magnesium, so you would need to add a cal-mag to it if that's a concern. I tend to alternate between this and another brand of multi depending on what I can find and the price. I've used NatureMade off and on for years and feel like it's a decent brand. Since this is a common concern, I will say they are a bit large if you have trouble swallowing. There is a score line, so you could cut them in half, but I think the corners created would be a little rough on your throat. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

I can't rate this multi for flavor, as I just swallow it (easily). All I know is that it seems to be good, as I've had excellent health (and at 88, not even one prescription) and think some of that must be linked to getting a good span of supplement help all that time. Years ago I looked up the rankings and Nature-Made was good, so I've been happy ever since.
