I am no expert on chocolate, but this dark chocolate tastes good and is one of the safer ones in terms of cadmium. I like it.

Ghiardelli 72 percent is one of the few dark chocolates that contains little or no lead and cadmium. It has such a smooth, rich taste, aside from being one of the safer dark chocolates to eat. This is the only chocolate I buy.
