I want to like this pillow but I'm not sure. It does help with keeping my spine straight. Which helps with my hip pain. My problem is I toss and turn a lot as well as get up 2-3 times a night to potty. I have to take it off each time I get up. When I toss and turn it bothers me with or without the strap on. It is made well and is comfortable.

Comfortably provides support and lines up back while side sleeping. I have not washed it yet. It is a soft pillow but still firm enough for support.

So, I purchased two, one for myself and the other for my sister. I though mine was a little too firm and did not find it to be comfortable. My sister loves hers. I guess it depends on what your preference is.
