This is a really easy and inexpensive way to make choclately, no-fail brownies. I made these as part of a team meal for one of my kids' sports teams and they wolfed them down. Cheap, easy, fail-safe crowd-pleaser that takes the shame out of using a mix. Highly recommend.

Move over Betty Crocker and get out of the way Duncan Hines. These are the best boxed brownies I have ever tasted. IMO they match bakery brownies. They are ooey gooey goodness with a crispy edge. I bought two varieties: the chocolate with chocolate chips, and the caramel nut ones. I haven't tasted the caramel ones yet, but if the chocolate ones are any indication of what's to come, I am in for a treat like none other. What's even better is you can buy an entire box of these for the price of a couple bakery brownies. Sometimes the so-called gourmet mixes don't taste any better than the cheap store brands. Not so here. I am sold on these.
