planning on feeding this to day old ducklings. does it need to be mixed with water, or can i feed it to them dry?

You don't want the feed to get wet. It will mold. But make sure they have a bowl of water near the feed. Good luck, happy duck!

I have 10 pekin ducklings raised for meat. How much of this do i need?

Ducks will not over eat but they will make a mess. You will need quite a bit of this for the first month at least and once they are older you can switch to a waterfowl feed. I have 8 ducks not for meat and I went through the largest bag every week until getting them on waterfowl adult feed

I just received my bag and when I went to feed the ducks in our pond the food seemed to sink rather than float. Is this normal?

Yes. Since this food is designed for little ones, it's not meant to be fed in the pond. Typically this would be fed from a dish in the brooder.

Best food for your ducks, well balanced diet.

My Ducks are loving this food, I have 3 day old rouen ducklings and the food lasted about a month and a half. I am happy with this product, $18 can last me that long.

The bag is a nice size and the seal keeps the good fresh and is easy to close. I have a lot of baby ducklings and this product stays fresh as long as you seal the bag.
