received but it’s a little longer but it’s okay. I saw this all over the social media. I really hope this helps my uneven skin or dark spots. Looks promising and I will surely buy again if it works for me.

Taking this along with having a healthy lifestyle is an anti ager cheat code. I’m still young! These little pills do a big job! Imagine just by ingesting a fern you’re naturally increasing your spf by about 10. My dermatologist recommended them and when I’m out in the harsh sun, they make a difference. I take them daily regardless of the season to reduce free radicals in my body. However, a few tips, you need to take 1 pill per 50lbs body weight for best results. Also, you must wear sunscreen too if you don’t want to look like a leather bag when you’re older.

I’m at half the bottle now, and I have some very significant side effects. Nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and extreme hunger. I exercise 6 times a week, after taking this supplement, I could not perform at all. Energy level is almost zero. I thought I was sick initially as no supplement has given me any side effects. After doing some research on Nicotinamide, 500mg is too much for the body to take. Definitely for me. I will decrease to one capsule a day and see how my body will react. If side effects is still significant I’ll stop totally.
