are the cherries pitted?

Although, not all cherries are pitted, some may contain pit fragments.

The product arrived with the bottom of the jar broken, glass and cherries everywhere. How can I receive a replacement?

We contacted Amazon and a credit and replacement was given.

Mine crystallized or carmelized in the fridge after a couple of months. Is this normal?

Hello! The Filthy Black Cherries are preserved by the slow cooking process and so do not need to be refrigerated once opened. If the product is refrigerated, you will notice a thickening of the syrup and in extreme temperatures small sugar crystals will appear. It's normal for it to crystallize/caramelize if placed in the fridge, however, not recommended to do so since that crystallization may occur. Stay Filthy! Cheers 🍸
