WELL WORTH the extra money. Have found cheap toilet brushes to be very unhygienic this is a better product which has replicable pads at the end. Works rather differently Looks smart in container. Very easy to use. Perfect Size and weight is light Glad I paid bit EXTRA its a product well worth the money

Well made and looks good (for a toilet brush)

Bought this as it was appealing in terms of keeping the brush itself clean as per description. Indeed the brush looks well, it's so easy to flush it and all unnecessary hits are rinsing of it , unlike with regular toilet brush. When it comes to actual cleaning of the toilet , it's not that easy. There is a small indent around the bowl at the top , and since the brush is not very elastic , it's hard for me to clean there. And when it comes to cleaning the nasty stuff from the bowl it takes plenty of brushing sometimes to scrap it all out. The bristles are stiff. I have got another silicone toilet brush from a different brand , and the other one is much softer making it easier to clean. All in all good brush, looks great.

We're not sure about this. We bought as thought it would be more hygienic as easier to clean than bristles which can annoyingly accumulate tiny bits of toilet paper - which it is. Downside is effectivity of using it to clean the toilet. I thought it would be better at cleaning the annoying edges/corners at the waterline of my toilet bowl. However there are not sufficient quantity of plastic spikes on the edges of the brush component to be more effective at cleaning these troublesome areas than a conventional bristle brush would. It also takes longer to clean dirt than a bristle brush does as less spikes per cm2. Its advantage is it is small enough to reach further down the bowl than my larger bristle brush ever could. There is no ventilation cut-out on this model. My future concern therefore is if the stainless steel arm will rust or not and if the product will be prone to mildew/mould growth. As the lid seals well, there is no ventilation for water residue. Unlike my previous brabantia model which had a large cut-out at the back providing adequate ventilation. You could argue this won't happen if used frequently enough to allow regular air flow but what about when you are on holiday or other reason toilet is not used for long period. I will aim to update review at a later date. Happy that Joseph Joseph are continuing to challenge conventional designs and create new approaches with their products for undertaking daily tasks with greater ease. I do think this design needs a little more work though.

I really like these brushes. I have 2. They stay clean better than bristle brushes. The metal rod starts to rust so perhaps if the company came up with a solution for that it would be even better! I love that they are hidden away in the holder & are compact. Well made.

Zunächst zum Versand und zur Verpackung: Der Artikel kam schnell an, war allerdings recht groß verpackt - das liegt aber wohl an den für einen Karton unüblichen Maßen des Artikels. Zum Produkt: Das Produkt sieht genau aus wie erwartet und macht einen relativ hochwertigen Eindruck. Es steht dezent im Bad und fällt nicht unangenehm auf. Nach 2 Monaten bin ich bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität und der Handhabung. Der Artikel liegt gut in der Hand und auch bei festerem Schrubben hat man nicht das Gefühl, das er schnell brechen würde. Es lässt sich alles schnell und einfach reinigen. Einzig, dass der Aufbewahrungsständer vollkommen abgeschlossen ist, finde ich nicht so gut, da die Bürste so meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig trocknen kann und sich das verbleibende Wasser unten im Behälter sammelt. Daher mein Tipp: Nach der Nutzung stelle ich den Artikel so in den Hälter, dass er nicht komplett verschlossen wird - so kommt etwas Luft an die Bürste und sie trocknet besser. Reinigung: Einfach mit Toiletten- oder Hygiene-Reiniger einsprühen und in die Klospülung halten.
