I've found beta glucans to be the most effective cold-shortening supplement I've ever tried, so I was interested to try this blend. I (unfortunately) had the opportunity to try it out soon enough. I took three caps a day as opposed to the recommended two, along with additional vitamin C and black seed oil capsules. I can honestly say that my cold lasted all of two days. It being wintertime, the following week my cubicle-neighbor at work came in sniffling and coughing, so I sent her a link to these pills.

I got kids, my kids are around other kids and i just don't have time or energy to get sick so I started taking these to beef my immune system up for this flue/cold season. These are capsules! So much easier to get the immune boosting into my body compared to the traditional drink mixes, I'm talking about having to drink a soutly sweet bottle of water that taste like medication from the big names like emergen-c etc Theae work great, go down easy, no weird taste/ odor No gas / bloay I feel energized throughout the day and it's like a vitamin shot. Nice quality, great value.

The dosage in these capsules is honestly pretty disappointing and not the best value, even if the quality is decent. For almost the same cost, I've gotten zinc+vit c pills with twice the amount in each capsule + twice the number of pills in the bottle. I guess one plus is these are small and easy to swallow.

ok I hate that these are individually wrapped. When I punch a pill out of its pocket it almost always breaks the coating or bends it up. About 30% of the time I lose a little powder that's inside the pill. I just hate how cheap the pill feels. With that said : I am not giving any claims here, I'm just saying everyone at work has been sick in 2025 except for me. Does nothing at all for my energy level.

I like that these come in a package versus a bottle as I can cut one off the strip and carry it with me and take it when I have been around someone who isn't feeling well to reduce my chance of getting sick. The ingredients are listed as half vitamin C and half zinc both of which I currently take daily as they are both supplements with known benefits. The capsules are normal size and they do not leave any aftertaste.

My wife likes to take supplements to improve her immunity response when we travel during the winter months. This product includes a range of ingredients that she likes to include, so that it provides a convenient single supplement to meet her needs. These are easy to swallow, and we have not noticed any adverse side effects while taking them.

These capsules are nicely sized and not too big to swallow so that alone is worth 5 stars in my opinion. They don't taste like anything and seem to digest just fine. I wanted to try out a zinc supplement since I have had some pretty bad luck with catching viruses so hopefully these help. The ingredients are good, they are easy to swallow, and really that is all I need in a supplement!

I ordered The Fense Beta Glucan, Vitamin C, and Zinc Supplement to replace the zinc lozenges I usually use during cold and flu season. I dislike the taste of the lozenges, so capsules that serve the same purpose are an attractive alternative. These supplements arrived well-packaged and in blister packs from the manufacturer. They are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant smell or aftertaste. I also appreciate that they are gluten-free, as my son has Celiac disease.
