This fish sauce is a great alternative to soy sauce which is not healthy to use. It has clean simple ingredients. I highly recommend it!

I love the size of this fish sauce—it's just right. It retains that classic fish sauce aroma I'm used to from their smaller bottles, and the taste is spot-on delicious. As someone who uses fish sauce regularly, I appreciate having a larger quantity on hand without constantly needing to restock. However, my main critique is the plastic bottle. Mine arrived with a large dent, and I worry that if it were exposed to heat or got crushed, it could potentially leak or affect the flavor of the sauce.

This is great to keep in the fridge for that extra umami flavor. Nom Nom Paleo used it in many recipes and it really adds an extra dimension of flavor with just a little bit.

By far, the best fish sauce I have had. High quality and it really helps to bring out the umami flavor in dishes. Also, the owner is super nice. Once I had ordered directly from them and one of the bottles looked odd, like it had crystals in it. When I called, the owner answered directly and explained that this was completely normal, but since I felt uncomfortable with the product, he would send me a new bottle and an extra sample bottle of their highest quality fish sauce. I was very pleasantly surprised by this act of good will. Highly recommend this brand and the company.

I use this Fish in Everything. Within reason to compliment my dishes. I would like to get some Garum, which won't find that easily. The Italian fish sauces are much more Expensive. RED Boat is actually reasonably priced.
