This book is very good if you are looking for a coffee table book full of over-sized positive quotations to put on your facebook status updates. Occasionally there are some very good inspiring sentences but there is a lot of hyperbole to sort through to find them, and although it is nice to read something positive for a change I found this book to need a bit of editing. If you are looking for something to carry with you on your travels pick something else. It weights a ton and it is not worth its weight.
