These fit my 99 suburban k1500 perfectly. Much much better than those plastic door handles. I used one of these for the back barn door. It’s a little tricky to get to since all the rods are up inside the door but with a flashlight and some time you’ll get it. You just remove the door panel off the handle side only. It’s Phillips screws around the perimeter, the rods are held together with clips( I also bought a kit with multiple different clips so I had the ones I needed to replace the old broken clips) two nuts hold the handle in. They come with new ones and again it takes some time because it’s not easy to get your hands in there but you can do it. Took me an hour or so. My doors work perfect again.

The handle quality is honestly great, they’re all metal as described and it provides everything you need! Their functionality is overall better then my old broken ones only thing I disliked is that they have a textured finish rather than a smooth black finish but if you get over that this is a great purchase

These are surprisingly really nice handles for how cheap they are. All metal construction just as advertised and look and feel very solid. Some of the hardware to connect the linkages to the handle are kinda chinsy so if you can save your original clips that would be the best option. Otherwise the fit is spot on and everything lines up just like oem. Well almost everything... If you use these to replace the door latches on an 88-94 truck and want to keep your original key cylinders there's a little bit of a catch. The new handles index the lock cylinder 180° from the factory orientation. Not a big deal on the 95 and up trucks since the key is cut the same on the top and bottom but on the older key this means the key has to be flipped upside down to work. Also the bracket that attaches the lock cylinder to the linkage must be flipped to work. Again not a huge deal and its easy to figure out if you pay attention but it is worth mentioning. 👍 4 stars for the actual product itself 👎 0 stars for the process of actually replacing the handles, especially if you have big hands, it's no fun

Junk much lighter material than original installed the first time I tried to open tail gate t It bent and the spring popped off. Would not recommend. But the molding fit perfectly.

This set consists of a pair of high quality exterior door handles and lock cylinders. The handles are all metal construction. This is the best option for these trucks as they are durable and seat correctly in the door opening. (I've tried the plastic/metal type and they tend to warp when installed, allowing water into the door and having a poor quality look.) The lock cylinders are the correct ones to fit the lock system in the truck. There are MANY less expensive versions (with a single cut key). The linkage mount is backwards of the original locks. They will fit in the handle, but you can't get the lock system work, or even get the handle to mount in the door correctly. The best part is the price! Elsewhere you could spend double the price of this set and have parts that would need to be returned (or thrown away if they can be returned). I recommend this set!
