Very good quality & Value for money, very comfortable, soothing, I ordered in grey for my hubby & he likes it, better than a ordinary water bottle less mess ease of heating just put in microwave for 2minutes it’s done or you leave for 3 minutes if you want it hotter, more colours to choose from, smells a little earthy but it soon can be washed the outer layers, very durable

Great wheat bag, warms well in microwave and maintains hear for about half an hour, perfect for putting on sore muscles. Washable cover is a bonus.

Nice heat pad , use it often for my neck and shoulder pain. Initially, there's a funny smell which slowly fades away. Every bit worth for the price. Saved me from using pain killers and use it as and when after a gym session. Good thing us you can reheat it as many times and the heat stays long .

Perfect - pop it in the microwave and slap it round your neck for immediate relief from strain and shoulder aches - recommend

This heat pack is ok. It doesn't stay warm for too long and has a weird porridgy smell to it when heated up. Feels a bit sweaty when heated but works ok-ish.

Lovely and soft .. does have a little smell to it but not unpleasant. Good quality and removable covers . Does as it says . Thanks

Absolutely amazing!!! I actually have 2 now because I gym a lot and sometimes just need it for when my muscles get a little achy. I prefer using it for heat rather than cold as I hage ice packs that stay in the freezer. It does get quite hot but sits nicely wherever I place it on my body and I prefer the "neutral" smell over the scented smells.

It seems to hold the heat a bit better as you use it more. I'd say the one I had previously which was all beads (not sure what they were made of) was probably better for heat retention. The other thing is you have to heat this a bit longer than they suggest to get any sort of lasting heat. My old one I would heat for 2 minutes which was plenty. This one takes 3 minutes before I get any sort of lasting heat. Be careful though and test it as every microwave is different power wise. My microwave is pretty big but I'm not sure the wattage. Last thing that some may find annoying about this bag is the smell. Some said it goes away but it never has for me. It smells after every heat up inside the microwave. I would compare the smell to slightly burnt earthy popcorn. So it's not offensive but could be annoying for some. Seems to be all natural which is why I chose to keep it.

Had this for just over a month and only used it a handful of times . Today I took it out of the microwave and smoke was coming out of it and sounded like popcorn. There was a giant burned hole in the inner bag that had started to burn through the cover. I did not put the bag in for an absurd long time or anything like that.
