I only had this item a month after I got it tried to send it back cause it didn’t work but refuse to refund me and sent back wasn’t happy at all

The red charging light doesn't turn to green when charged.
I like this product, hopefully will see new hair growth, and the charge lasts for ages.

Steam or mist does not come out of brush, I tried multiple different essential oils and still it doesn't spray anything
