Increases height but not comfortable after an hour.
Good one but not comfortable after an hour. Also after putting it it gets difficult to wear the shoes as it takes much space there. So only high ankle shoes support this soles.

These things are always helpful. It reboots your confidence. Insole feels comfortable and height increases at least by 2 inch.

A good quality insole which is soft on your feet, also the no of additional soles which can be used with many shoes in your collection. Go for it as the price will not make a hole in your wallet. Thanks to the dealer and Amazon for bringing the product for sale. Packaging also good.

The most practical insoles
I'm using insoles since 6 years now. These things are amazing as it helps to gain confidence. The only issue is the compatibility of the product with your feet. After using 10s of such products. I have found this insole to be the most comfortable one. The only problem with these insoles is, these insoles get degraded after 6-7 months of use. And that is quite not a good thing. Atleast these insoles should last for a year or two
